The strawberries made it through the heatwave! U-Pick is open today 7/4 from 8-12. This will be one of the last days of picking, we’ll be moving onto u-pick blueberries before too long. Please note the farm stand and creemee stand close early at 1 today!

Summer veg is here for your weekend farm stand haul! Strawberries, tomatoes, basil, green beans, cucumbers, garlic and so much more coming in from our fields and tunnels. See bottom of post for special hours this weekend.

Whole strawberry flats are available 7/2 and 7/3; 8 quarts for $60, no reservation required!

The u-pick field is open today 7/2 and there are still nice berries out there. Berry size has gone down a little but flavor is 💥 🌈 🤩 We are getting toward the end of the season and can’t say for sure if the picking will continue into the weekend. Call ahead for updated picking info.

The sweetest berries of the season! The hot weather is setting off ripening all over the field and the berries are as sweet as candy. We’re opening early at 7am the next few days while it’s hot. Call 802-453-3793 for up to date picking conditions

Meanwhile in the tunnels… it’s looking like we may have one of our best tomato crops ahead. We’re harvesting lots of red slicers and mixed cherry tomatoes from our early heated tunnel, and the sungolds and heirlooms are starting to trickle in too.

This spring we installed automatic roll up sides on both tomato tunnels and the difference is clear. The sides roll up when it’s too hot and down when it’s too cold, keeping the plants at their Goldilocks temperature: just right!

We’ll be harvesting these big happy plants for many more months…Find tomatoes in the farm stand every day we’re open til November!

U-Pick forecast: The strawberry field is open for picking this morning 6/26 from 8-12. The field will close in case of heavy rain. We expect very good picking for the weekend and the field will reopen 8am Saturday.
