BULK PRODUCE
In the summer we take orders for canning tomatoes, pickling cucumbers, green beans, flats of jam berries, roots, and other produce.
CANNED GOODS & SHORTCAKE BISCUITS
We make small batches of canned goods from our produce, including jams, pickles and salsas. During peak strawberry picking season (in early summer) we make shortcake biscuits, using Vermont butter, eggs, and flour.
