In the summer we take orders for canning tomatoes, pickling cucumbers, green beans, flats of jam berries, roots, and other produce.
CANNED GOODS & SHORTCAKE BISCUITS
We make small batches of canned goods from our produce, including jams, pickles and salsas. During peak strawberry picking season (in early summer) we make our very special shortcake biscuits, made with our own eggs, Vermont butter and flour.
We also stock maple products, local honey, granola, and more. In the summer we offer locally sourced peaches, plums, nectarines and shitake mushrooms.
